Court arrests assets of Shishkhanov under 284 bln rbl case
MOSCOW, Oct 1 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court has arrested assets of former owner of Rost Bank and B&N Bank Mikail Shishkhanov and other defendants under a 284 billion ruble suit filed by the central bank, according to the relevant court documents seen by PRIME on Thursday.
The co-defendants are Alexei Farafontov, Alexander Lukin, and Kirill Lyubentsov, who were top executives of both B&N Bank and Rost Bank.
In September, the court arrested assets of Shishkhanov and other defendants under a 306.5 billion ruble suit filed by Bank Trust.
